    A fab way to end my trip. Nice accommodation with marvellous setting short walk to the gift shops, and the ala carte restaurants. Absolutely fantastic staff at the restaurant during English breakfast. Soft bed in the fabulous room. Free parking, excellent service. The quick check-in process too...

    The whole complex is very well maintained, very clean. The quality and variety of the different buffets is almost unbeatable. And the staff is absolutely friendly, especially the service and bar staff.

    An unpleasant smell in the lobby and reception area - perhaps from disinfectants. The room staff was friendly, but not very careful.the lists for the reservation of the tennis courts were always full - but strangely enough the courts were often not occupied...

    The staff were excellent, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I remember one evening when we were struggling to find a table, and a waiter rushed to clean a table for us in no time, a real lifesaver.

    There were no bathrobes or blankets in the rooms upon arrival, but we asked for them and they brought them to us, but there was no conditioner for hair, cream, washing up equipment. That's probably the only downside, but I think it could have been solved, too.

The large, well-maintained grounds and multiple pools were perfect for relaxing after our daily adventures, and the evening entertainment was much better than expected.
